Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what information is (and is not) collected when you use Torriden UK Review at https://torriden.co.uk, and what choices you have.
Who is responsible for your data

What data we process and why
- Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, date and time, device and browser type, approximate region and a random cookie identifier. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Email. If you write to us, we receive your address and your message and use them only to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Hosting and security. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Cookieless visit statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and page views without cookies, without storing anything in your browser and without identifying you; we only see aggregated totals. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how much the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not ask you to create an account, we have no forms that store data (the contact form opens a draft in your own mail app) and we do not sell data. Consent to analytics is voluntary: you can refuse it and still use the whole site.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are set only after you press «Accept». Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (key boss_consent), not in a cookie. It does not expire by itself: change it with the button below or remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Recipients and international transfers
Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) and Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and security) process data on our behalf. Both may process data in the United States; Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for it. Emails reach us through Cloudflare email forwarding to a Google mailbox.
How long we keep data
Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 months; aggregated reports without identifiers may be kept longer. Emails are kept for up to 12 months after the last message. We keep no visit logs ourselves; Cloudflare processes technical logs as a processor under its data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing and request portability. You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time with the button below; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
