Torriden Ranges Explained: Colours and Skin Types
Torriden has four main ranges, each in its own pack colour: DIVE IN in light blue, BALANCEFUL in green, CELLMAZING in cream and pink, and SOLID IN in yellow.
Where to buy & UK pricesWhat the Torriden colours mean
Each Torriden range has its own pack colour, but the colour is not a code you can use to pick a product: Torriden does not publish a colour guide. From photos on Torriden's US website (torriden.us), DIVE IN is light blue, BALANCEFUL is light green, CELLMAZING is cream with pink, and SOLID IN is yellow.
The photos show US packaging, so packs sold in the UK may look different. The range name on the box is the more reliable guide, and it tells you what the brand built the line around: hydration, centella, collagen or ceramides.
This site does not publish user ratings or run its own tests: we look at ingredients, the brand's information and UK shop prices. Ingredient lists below come from the brand's US site (torriden.us), checked on 19 October 2026. The pack sold in the UK may list them differently, so check the box.
The four ranges at a glance
In short: DIVE IN is the hydration range, BALANCEFUL is the centella range, CELLMAZING is the collagen and vitamin range, and SOLID IN is the ceramide range. The table shows what each one is built around, according to Torriden's product pages.
| Range | Pack colour (US photos) | Built around | Examples |
|---|---|---|---|
| DIVE IN | Light blue / aqua | Five forms of hyaluronic acid (the brand's "5D") | Serum, Soothing Cream, Toner, Cleansing Foam |
| BALANCEFUL | Light green | Five centella ingredients (the brand's "5 types of centella") | Serum, Control Serum, Cream, Toner Pad |
| CELLMAZING | Cream with pink; Brightening Ampoule is white with an orange dropper | Collagen, peptides and vitamins | Firming Cream, Firming Eye Cream, Brightening Ampoule |
| SOLID IN | Yellow | Five ceramides | Cream, Essence, Lip Essence |
Torriden also makes DIVE IN FOR MEN, trial kits and discovery kits. They are covered further down.
DIVE IN: the light blue hydration range
DIVE IN is the range most people meet first. The brand describes it as moisture care for the skin, and its pages say the formulas are suitable even for sensitive skin. That is the brand's claim, not something we have tested.
What is in it
- The DIVE IN Serum ingredient list includes five forms of hyaluronic acid: Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer and Hydrolyzed Sodium Hyaluronate.
- The same serum also lists panthenol, allantoin, trehalose, betaine, Ceramide NP and beta-glucan.
- The brand says the serum gives up to 48 hours of lasting moisture, in its own tests (the testing body is not named).
If you want to read one product in depth, start with the DIVE IN Serum review and ingredient breakdown. For the cream side of the range, see Soothing Cream and the other Torriden moisturisers.
Sun care sits under this name in UK shops
Some UK shops list Torriden's sun products under the DIVE IN name, for example the Watery Moisture Sun Cream. The details of those are on our page about Torriden sunscreens sold in the UK.
BALANCEFUL: the green centella range
BALANCEFUL is the green range, built around centella. Torriden's product pages position it for sensitive and oilier skin: the Control Serum, for example, is described by the brand as helping to control excess sebum while soothing.
What the ingredient lists show
- The BALANCEFUL Serum, Control Serum and Cream all list five centella ingredients: Centella Asiatica Extract, Madecassic Acid, Asiaticoside, Asiatic Acid and Madecassoside.
- The Control Serum also lists niacinamide, while the BALANCEFUL Serum and Cream do not.
- Capryloyl Salicylic Acid, a mild exfoliating acid, appears in the BALANCEFUL Serum, Control Serum and Cream.
- Torriden calls the Serum, Control Serum, Cream and the FOR MEN moisturiser "non-comedogenic". That is the brand's wording.
UK shops list two separate 50 ml serums at £20.50 on the day we checked (19 October 2026): the Cica Serum and the Control Serum. They are not the same product, so check which one is in your basket. Our page on BALANCEFUL and the centella range goes through them in detail.
Acne, rosacea, eczema and very reactive skin are medical questions. A cosmetic range does not treat them, so ask your GP, a pharmacist or a dermatologist.
CELLMAZING: the cream and pink collagen range
CELLMAZING is Torriden's collagen range. The brand uses it for firming, brightening and pore-focused products, and the packs are cream with pink accents. The Brightening Ampoule is the exception, with a white bottle and an orange dropper.
Points worth knowing before you buy
- The Firming Cream ingredient list includes five collagen entries (Collagen Extract, Soluble Collagen, Collagen Amino Acids, Collagen and Hydrolyzed Collagen), plus niacinamide and a hexapeptide.
- The Firming Eye Cream is the only single product in the brand's range with retinol in its ingredient list. It also appears in the Firming Discovery Kit. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or unsure whether retinol suits you, ask your GP or pharmacist first.
- The Brightening Ampoule lists 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, a vitamin C derivative. Some UK shops call it the Vita C Brightening Ampoule.
- The brand describes the Brightening Ampoule as helping a more even-looking tone. Treat that as the brand's description, not a promise.
Our dedicated CELLMAZING range page covers the ampoules, eye cream and masks one by one.
SOLID IN: the yellow ceramide range
SOLID IN is the yellow range and the one built around ceramides. The brand describes the SOLID IN Cream as a highly concentrated moisture cream for dry skin.
- The SOLID IN Cream (70 ml), Essence (100 ml) and Lip Essence (11 ml) each list five ceramides: Ceramide NP, NS, AS, EOP and AP.
- The Cream also lists jojoba seed oil and cholesterol. The Essence is the lighter of the two, described by the brand as a milky essence.
- For the cream, the brand says "120H Moisture Lock" and calls it clinically proven to maintain hydration for up to 120 hours. We have not seen the study, so we treat it as the brand's claim.
- Neither the Cream nor the Essence lists Fragrance or Parfum in the US ingredient list. The Essence does include plant extracts such as chamomile, thyme and mint.
The Lip Essence comes in a CELLMAZING and a SOLID IN version. Both are 11 ml, and the SOLID IN one is also sold in sets.
Which range suits which skin
There is no single right answer, and Torriden does not publish a skin-type chart. What we can do is match the brand's own descriptions to common concerns, shown below. These are the brand's positioning, not medical advice.
| If your skin feels | Range the brand points to | Why (brand description) |
|---|---|---|
| Dry or tight | SOLID IN or DIVE IN | SOLID IN Cream is described for dry skin with five ceramides; DIVE IN is built around hyaluronic acid |
| Oily or prone to excess shine | BALANCEFUL | The Control Serum is described as helping control excess sebum |
| Sensitive or easily flushed | BALANCEFUL or DIVE IN | Both are described as gentle; BALANCEFUL is built around centella |
| Dull or showing signs of ageing | CELLMAZING | Collagen, peptide and vitamin products described for firming and brightening |
Simple three-to-four-step routines
- Hydration: DIVE IN Cleansing Foam, DIVE IN Toner, DIVE IN Serum, DIVE IN Soothing Cream.
- Calming, centella-based: BALANCEFUL Cleansing Gel, Toner Pad, Serum, Cream.
- Dry skin: DIVE IN Serum, then SOLID IN Cream.
- Firming: CELLMAZING Firming Cream after a DIVE IN or BALANCEFUL step of your choice.
In the morning, finish with a sunscreen and reapply as the pack directs. Our page on vegan, cruelty-free and sensitive-skin questions covers patch-testing and fragrance in more detail.
Kits, FOR MEN and what to buy first
If you are unsure where to start, a trial or discovery kit lets you try several products from one range before buying full sizes. If you want a single product first, the DIVE IN Serum is tagged as a best seller on Torriden's US website.
The kits
- DIVE IN Trial Kit: the brand lists a cleanser, toner, serum and soothing cream. UK shops list it as four pieces. On 19 October 2026 it was £20.90 at Pure Seoul and on Superdrug (sold on Superdrug by PURESEOUL, a marketplace seller).
- BALANCEFUL Trial Kit: a cleansing gel, toner pads, serum and cream, according to the brand.
- Serum Discovery Kit: three of the brand's serums, one each for hydration, calming and pore care, according to the brand.
- CELLMAZING Firming Discovery Kit: ampoule, eye cream, face cream and lip essence, according to the brand. It contains the retinol eye cream.
Sizes and prices vary by shop and change often. Our guide to where to buy Torriden in the UK and what it costs lists current UK shops (prices checked on 19 October 2026).
DIVE IN FOR MEN All In One
This is a single moisturiser the brand describes for combination men's skin. Its ingredient list includes the five hyaluronic acid forms, panthenol, allantoin and zinc PCA, and the brand calls it non-comedogenic. We did not find it in the UK shop listings we checked on 19 October 2026.
